Our first 8-week Summer Session begins on Wednesday, May 15th and runs through Saturday, July 6th.  Summer Session classes provide a variety of yoga experiences with an equally balanced blend of strength, flexibility, and restoration.  Remember that classes are on Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. and drop-ins or new students are ALWAYS warmly welcomed!
